The Ex‑Buitoni area is reborn: a bridge between history and future in the heart of Sansepolcro. The project’s core will be the Towers—two new buildings hosting commercial spaces and flexible areas connected to the historic charm of the Old Mill, which will be returned to the community as a cultural and food destination (museum and restaurant), supported by new parking infrastructure.

Overall harmony is ensured by the new design of the “Stecca” and a green parking area where architecture and nature meet through shading structures and climbing plants.
