The project involved the complete transformation of a single and imposing property located in an exclusive position in the center of Florence, through a complex subdivision into two independent luxury residences.

The structural intervention was significant and included the revision and upgrading of the shared staircase, as well as—of fundamental importance—the installation of a new elevator, ensuring private and exclusive access in line with the highest standards.
