In Forte dei Marmi, two neglected units were brought back to life through a contemporary redevelopment. The intervention respected the existing structure and introduced an elegant, current language aligned with the client’s goal of future resale.

Exteriors and interiors were renewed to restore overall harmony, with refined design and controlled color accents. Custom furniture added real value, turning existing constraints into functional, scenic solutions.
