Florence, Italy | 2024

The intervention concerned a residential unit located within a recently built housing complex (2016–2017), characterized by an architectural language that evokes the tradition and elegance of Florentine style, reinterpreted in a contemporary key.

The core of the project was a meticulous internal redistribution of spaces aimed at optimizing functionality and the fluidity of the interiors. A primary design objective was the full enhancement of the existing loggias, which were transformed into true extensions of the living area, creating visual and spatial continuity between the interior and exterior.

The interior design was developed with a highly integrated approach. The furnishings were conceived almost entirely as custom-made pieces, combined with plasterboard ceiling features, ensuring perfect aesthetic and dimensional integration of every element.

The research and selection of materials followed criteria of excellence and absolute quality. Premium claddings, fine wood essences, and luxury finishes were used to create an atmosphere of refined exclusivity. At the same time, careful attention was given to the selection of high-quality furnishing fabrics (curtains and upholstery) and to a precise lighting design, essential for defining lighting scenarios and enhancing volumes and artworks.
