We are pleased to present the summary of a project developed specifically for a distinguished Florentine Notary. This intervention goes beyond a simple renovation, taking shape as the creation of a professional environment that embodies prestige, rigor, and an unmistakably contemporary aesthetic.

Our strategy was guided by a very clear aesthetic vision: minimalist elegance through chromatic contrast. We structured the entire atmosphere around the sophisticated duality of black and white, symbols of timelessness and formal precision. This rigorous foundation is animated by a single, powerful element of contrast: the use of deep red in the executive armchairs of the meeting room, creating a focal point of energy and determination—perfect for a space dedicated to discussion and decision-making.

From an architectural standpoint, the distinctive feature of this office lies in the large glass surfaces that ensure exceptional natural light. We replaced the existing window frames with next-generation ultra-slim profile systems, maximizing the glazed surface and enhancing the modern character of the space without compromising thermal and acoustic insulation.

The finishes reflect a commitment to excellence: the flooring is dominated by parquet in a fine wood essence, bringing warmth and continuity, complemented at the entrance by black marble inserts that create a refined material contrast.

Functionality has been integrated in an invisible way: the entire system of climate control (heating and cooling) and ventilation has been intelligently concealed within lowered ceilings and perimeter bulkheads. This approach not only optimizes environmental comfort but also allows the LED lighting system to define precise and evocative lighting scenarios.

Finally, we devoted meticulous attention to the operational function of the office. Recognizing that the archive is the beating heart of notarial activity, we designed custom-made document storage systems — discreet, high-capacity solutions that ensure accessibility and security while integrating perfectly with the clean aesthetic of the interiors.
