For this project, we carried out the architectural renovation of a conference room that presented several issues, particularly ineffective general lighting and a coffered ceiling that was visually too dominant. The client’s request was to develop a lighting design combined with an architectural solution capable of reducing the aesthetic impact of the ceiling without replacing it.

The solution was to create new suspended ceiling elements in which we integrated linear lighting tracks, ensuring improved illumination and a cleaner, more contemporary appearance. At the same time, we redesigned the floor platform, choosing a more homogeneous and harmonious shape that makes the space more welcoming and functional. New display niches were also created, designed to better showcase the company’s products.

Outside the conference room, we designed a large storage unit with badge access, intended to accommodate clients’ coats, luggage, and accessories, providing a practical and orderly service before entering the room.

The result is a completely renewed environment, more functional and elegant, capable of combining technical and aesthetic requirements within a single coherent project.
