An urban regeneration project for a 1970s building, transformed into a modern commercial hub. The architectural restyling focuses on a new high‑performance envelope with a ventilated brick façade, combining material character with thermal insulation. Interiors were fully redesigned to optimize flows and the shopping experience, integrating escalators and a flexible layout suitable for a shopping center.
